Yes what you heard is true. You know the popular branded restaurants which making a tasty bread for different items like " packed bread" and different items made of bread like Burger ,Pizza , Buns and many more of 38 items which  where tested in the lab by CSE (Center for Science and Environment) and shocked with its results. They explained that 84% of this bread items contain  CANCER particles. Britannia , KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominoes , McDonald , Subway slice of Italy ..etc  food chain restaurants  serving different food items in which 80%  of items contains CANCER particles.

CSE  also say's that all this bread items contain potassium bromate , potassium iodite and they released a press note regarding this issue. CSE enquired all the restaurants and hotels in Delhi and prepared a document regarding it. All the chemicals that found in food items were already banned in other countries but it was trending in India says CSE.  But as per  Britannia , KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominoes , McDonald , Subway slice of Italy , they say that " We are not using this type of chemicals which will harm our customers". CSE says that they have tested it in Pollution monitoring laboratory (PML) and finalized this chemicals present in bread items . Director General Chandrabhushan says that as 32 items were tested in which this items contian 1.15 to 22.54 PPM of  potassium bromate , potassium iodite. Once this issue is finalized respective action would be taken on those food chains says Health minister JP NADDA.
