How to get Duplicate Intermediate Mark List

Time  isn't ours always, one may loose the documents unknowingly , one could be the person you itself. No problem you can get it back with easy way of applications. But one should invest around Rs.2000/- for duplicate Intermediate Mark List. Fine if you don't mind to spend Rs.2000/- then simply read the following process below.

In 8 simple steps you are going to get your duplicate mark list :

Step 1: First you need to go to police station (Don't Fear) and tell them that you have lost the mark list in nearby area or in transit. They will give a white paper to write a letter to S.P of your area. Once it is completed then straight away move to second Step.

Step 2: Now go to Meeseva or Aponline (this is for the state of Andhra Pradesh but for other states you can move to the local government online services similar to this) and give them a few document like 1) Letter For S.P, 2) Xerox copy of previous marks list 3)Aadhaar Card. You will be charged Rs.150/- (This amount is for Andhra Pradesh Circle only for others may vary)

Step 3: After completing above process you will be given a Transaction ID slip keep it safe with you and make a xerox of it and pin it to other documents and take it police station again. Now go to S.I and make a sign of him in document and submit it to writer in police station . Once this done , the police verification will be take place. (note internet charges Rs.500/- may or may  not be asked)

Step 4: After 1 or 2 days you can collect your police trace certification of document from  Meeseva or  ApOnline (this is for the state of Andhra Pradesh but for other states you can move to the  local government online services similar to this). 

Step 5: Now go to notary for affidavit and get this and this will cost you around Rs.150/-

Step 6: After above step straight away go to your intermediate college and ask them for application of duplicate marks list. Once you fill it up take a sign in 3 documents like 1)Application form 2)Xerox mark list from principal of your intermediate college  then go to  Bank for D.D mentioned in the next step.

Step 7: Now take a D.D in favor of  The Secretary ,Intermediate board of Education Andhra Pradesh Nampally, Hyderabad (this is for the state of Andhra Pradesh but for other states you can  have yours).Now D.D cost you Rs.1000/- + Rs.30/-  service charge.

Step 8: After getting D.D just go to your intermediate board and submit the required documents like   (Police trace certificate , Notary, College Application, DD and xerox marks list) it to the officer in office and within 2 or 3 months you can get it.

Note : All this process cost you around Rs.2000/- but you can also get this buy paying around                        Rs.5000/- to the broker or intermediate in case of urgently required which will get you in 1                   month. But practicing such types are illegal try to avoid it as much as possible.
